Nintendo Character Augmented Reality Cards Clarification and Other Details

We posted an article earlier which pictured Nintendo characters on the Augmented Reality cards seen above. Well it turns out, these are not individual games. Instead, each card will show an augmented reality sort of statue for each character. You can move the characters around and create poses where you can take pictures of the character. There will also be sound effects played. Nintendo is calling this program Star Viewer.

The ? Card apparently launches the Augmented Reality Game Menu and it is there where you choose from the six different types of games. Where as the character cards are strictly for the Star Viewer game.

There is also some more details surfacing about some of the other augmented reality games. One augmented reality game will apparently by billiards. Another game will be similiar to the Star Viewer except you can use your own created Miis.

So it looks like four of the six augmented reality gaems are known, and they are Mii Viewer, Star Viewer, Billiards, and Target Shooting.
